The hotel features a lovely piano player in the evenings, adding a delightful touch to the ambiance while you unwind after a day of sightseeing.
The Wi-Fi was painfully slow and often unavailable, making it challenging to stay connected during my stay.

Management should focus on improving cleanliness. dirty bathrooms detracted greatly from the experience!!! Noise from street and hotel events made restful nights a challenge!!! A proper toaster would elevate breakfast options significantly!!!

The staff helped make my stay really enjoyable, and the location
Was ideal for accessing major attractions like Hagia Sophia and the Grand Bazaar, just a tram ride away. The rooms are spacious and clean, with good amenities. I found the breakfast options a bit repetitive over three days.

Exploring Istanbul's charms 🇹🇷
The location’s on point! Just hop on the tram and you’re at the historical sites in no time. The guys at reception, like Mr Burak, really made us feel at home. Brekkie was a lekker start to the day with a nice spread!
On the downside, the drinks at the bar were a bit pricey, had to watch my budget.

The location was fantastic! Easy access to public transport. breakfast offerings were limited, and you had to pay extra for certain items, which was a letdown. 😕

I stayed in a Deluxe Double Room for 6 nights. The room was spacious, which was a nice surprise compared to other places I've stayed in Istanbul. Loved the comfortable beds! The toiletries were also nice. the sound isolation wasn't great. I could hear street noise at night, which made it a bit hard to sleep sometimes. But the view of the historic city walls was a plus!

Recommend it for families wanting comfort
The place is spotless! Like every corner was cleaned meticulously. The staff is super friendly, especially Eren the bellboy, he really brightened up our day with his kindness and helpfulness. The breakfast was another highlight, a HUGE buffet where I had the best omelet I’ve ever tasted!
It wasn't cheap, but the quality makes it acceptable.
